Responsibilities

Negotiate clinical research agreements with investigators, clinical trial coordinators, foundation and industry sponsors, and contract research organizations in accordance with institutional policies.

Provide orientation, training, and mentoring to clinical research agreement associates.

Conduct and coordinate peer-review and quality assurance activities within the Clinical Trials Office.

Facilitate interactions with the Technology Ventures Office and the Office of Sponsored Programs regarding overlapping issues and agreements.
