Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and analysis
Collect and analyze data to provide valuable insights
Design and implement research methodology
Manage research projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable intelligence
Use a broad range of quantitative methods to perform complex analyses
Synthesize data and produce research and evaluation findings
Support oversight, coordination, and management of internal and external evaluation, monitoring, and research projects

Required
Post Graduate degree in Data, Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy Analysis, Public Affairs or related fields
Proven experience in research and analysis, including data collection, interpretation, and visualization
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools with over 3 years of current experience (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar)
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
