Responsibilities
Serves as project director for multiple research projects at a time.
Designs and conducts evidence reviews and analysis including, for example, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, integrative literature reviews, rapid reviews, and meta-analyses.
Participates in research and policy team discussions.
Contributes to the design and execution of quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research studies.
Writes sections of project proposals.
Automates existing and emerging processes for importing, documenting, integrating, and updating data as well as coding best practices such as code review and version control when conducting evidence reviews.
Translates research and analytic findings into actionable evidence and implications for system planning and policymaking.
Directs research and/or policy staff in evidence review tasks.
Writes sections of research results.
Develops and delivers presentations of findings to diverse audiences.
Assists with Institutional Review Board submissions.
Represents Chapin Hall and its research agenda and establishes important stakeholder relationships, especially with partner agencies.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
