Responsibilities

Influences and partners with CoE management to achieve the highest utilization, and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice.

Proactively identifies resources, using a variety of methods, or open specifications.

Coach management on best practices related to open advertisements.

Screens and makes recommendation nominations with management.

Escalate urgent requests on priority staffing calls.

Confirm assignment end dates by proactively inquiring on extension opportunities.

Has detailed knowledge of assigned consultants skill levels, experience, and staffing preferences.

Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources.

Offer creative solutions when no resources with necessary skill sets are available.

Recommend creative ways to utilize unassigned consultants.

Identifies and drives resolution resourcing challenges, obstacles, conflicts and political issues.

Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason.

Maintain data integrity.

Consolidates and provides overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.

Coach assigned management and representatives on resourcing roles and responsibilities, processes, policies, and rules of engagement.

Required

BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area

Typically 5 years of resource management experience or related experience

Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment

Fully competent in own area of expertise

May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
