Responsibilities
Own various functions related to administering the day-to-day operations of the retirement program
Provide key support to management, the Retirement Service Center, and Project Manager in the areas of analytical and reporting support for the retirement program
Provide subject matter expertise
Work with internal and external partners to implement fund lineup changes and plan mergers/affiliations/acquisitions/spin-offs
Research and respond to payroll audit reports
Implement other programmatic or administrative enhancements identified by management
Identify, research, and resolve issues by applying best practices, retirement knowledge, system research, and consulting with co-workers and supervisor.

Required
5 years Related experience.
Professional experience working with employee retirement benefit plans.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business.
Coursework/Training: CEBS, QPA, QKA, SPHR, or PHR.
