Responsibilities
Partner with the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager to ensure that revenue for all segments is accurately recognized in accordance with US GAAP and the Company's revenue recognition policies.
Ability to read complex contracts/agreements and identify pertinent terms and issues to determine appropriate accounting treatment, validate proper recognition in revenue systems and propose solutions within Company's existing revenue recognition policy and accounting literature.
Act as a strong liaison between the accounting partners and the system support teams (BizIT)
Support Salesforce Billing and Workday financial system integration and enhancement projects, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives including system integration, enhancement.
Partnering with the FP&A team on the revenue forecasting process to evolve it to scalable, systematic processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the close and disclosure process. Scale and refine processes to improve efficiencies and incorporate best practices utilizing data to maximize process automation
Work with the external auditors to provide the required support for the quarterly reviews and annual audit.
Facilitate ad-hoc analysis and projects, as required

Required
4+ years' experience in accounting at a public software company with a focus on revenue recognition.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of Accounting & Revenue principles and operational business processes.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in both public accounting and an industry/publicly traded SaaS company is strongly preferred.
Experience with SalesForce and Workday Financials preferred.
Certified Public Accountant license (CPA) preferred.
