Responsibilities
Process authorizations and claims, including payments, daily
Communication with various internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and resolve issues
Review, analyze and interpret data related to the financial health of the business
Suggest process improvements and optimizations for the revenue cycle process
Implement strategies to manage claims denials and collect on outstanding payments in a timely manner
Collaborate with other members of the Revenue Operations teams to achieve company OKRs
Work with the Engineering team to identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency

Required
3+ years of experience in operations or process improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to resolving complex issues
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at providing top-notch customer service
A quick learner, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and industry-specific processes
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Preferred
No-code automation skills are a plus
