Responsibilities
Research and interpret billing and coding regulations
Review charge capture tools for accuracy
Prepare analysis for management
Provide education and training
Troubleshoot complex account errors
Resolve and answers questions related to charge capture and complex regulatory billing issues.
Act as a liaison to identify and resolve charge related issues and special projects
Mentors and supports members of Revenue Integrity Team
Process and systems improvements
Continuing education on practices, industry, and regulatory changes
Supports the finance, operations and revenue cycle teams through special projects.
Coordinate special focus reviews and follow-up with Internal Audit

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field
3+ years of revenue cycle experience
Beginner to Moderate knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Healthcare experience required
Strong communication skills
