Responsibilities

Develop / build comprehensive GTM onboarding
Manage the Field calendar inclusive of continuous learning programs for both pre and post sales teams and in-person events like QBRs
Coach, mentor, and guide the teams in product, skills, and industry knowledge
Manage Highspot / content strategy
Conduct product training and use case trainings
Manage usage and enablement of tech stack to optimize use of tooling
Develop Revenue Leadership Enablement program and cadence
Oversee RKO (Revenue Kickoff) and other large scale events as needed

Required

8-10 years in a similar role
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines optimally within a dynamic environment
Experience in delivering training both in-person and remotely
The ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership
Analytical - Experience using data and analytics to advise decision-making, with a track record of setting, tracking, and measuring goals to drive accountability
You're able to navigate complex processes and foster champions
A track record of creating documentation / onboarding plans in the past that have built successful sales organizations
You wake up yearning to create efficient pre and post sales teams
You enjoy finding opportunities to grow Amperity’s level of expertise across a variety of domains
