Responsibilities
Organizes and leads the team responsible for risk score tracking and improvement.
Maintains internal risk adjustment models using published documentation from CMS.
Designs and creates data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support operational and clinical areas.
Builds datasets to support productivity and production key metrics.
Collaborates with users to identify data needs and business metric definitions.
Trains users to transform data into action-oriented information.
Directs, organizes, and leads BI workstream projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Healthcare Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and risk adjustment in a healthcare setting
Experience working with Medicare Advantage/CMS risk models
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal customers and teams
Experience in building datasets and creating reports and dashboards
Knowledge of BI software tools and systems
