Responsibilities
Create and deploy claims reports/white papers, articles and newsletters.
Manage content development for webinars and speaking engagements at Healthcare conferences.
Create continuing education materials for healthcare’s various CE programs.
Research, create, and manage ad hoc risk control content for internal and external partners.
Analyze claims and legal implications to develop customized risk assessment tools for internal and external partners.

Required
3+ Healthcare industry and/or risk management experience
3+ Insurance industry and/or benefits experience
Client Facing and/or public speaking experience
Strong working knowledge of Healthcare Professions
Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
Adaptable/flexible
Travel required: approximately 30%
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Preferred
CPHRM designation preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare clinical fundamentals, patient safety standards, and performance improvement standards.
Developing Continuing Education experience preferred
Property & Casualty license preferred
