Responsibilities

Review program risk data and develop an overall view of program risk based on individual discrete risk elements.

Collaborate with the program team to identify new, creative, and strategic approaches to manage risks effectively.

Brief senior staff on risk status through routine, ad hoc, written, and oral reports.

Select and implement risk treatment measures, including activities to control, mitigate, avoid, transfer, or finance risks.

Monitor and review processes to ensure proper risk management and compliance arrangements are in place.

Conduct audits of policies and compliance standards, working closely with internal and external auditors.

Required

Extensive experience in risk assessment, treatment, and mitigation strategies.

Strong ability to analyze complex risk data and develop comprehensive risk overviews.

Proven ability to effectively brief senior staff and communicate risk status through various reporting methods.

Expertise in monitoring compliance and conducting audits in alignment with standards and policies.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage and monitor risk-related processes.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with 10 years of relevant experience; 8 additional years of experience may substitute for educational requirements.
