Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional governance/compliance/risk management teams and subject matter experts around the world to:

Create, manage, and enhance impactful and scalable risk training and awareness initiatives.

Evangelize risk management initiatives through multiple different modes across the organization.

Drive and manage stakeholder engagement and the risk communication strategy.

Identify and develop strategic relationships with new and existing partners.

Promote alignment of Microsoft, regulatory, industry, and customer risk management requirements through standardized CO+I policies and standards.

Required

6+ years experience in Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Government Intelligence, Operations, Auditing, and/or Finance

OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Government Intelligence, Operations, Auditing, and/or Finance

OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred

3+ years experience in Program Management.

Must be a problem solver and innovator, highly organized, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills while effectively multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Understanding of data center and IT infrastructure operations.

Ability to make quick, thoughtful, and defensible decisions from a position of ambiguity / ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions quickly.
