Responsibilities

Lead, implement, support and provide end-user training for Sage Intacct software, including the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and Order Entry, Projects, Time and Expense, Financial Reporting and other modules as required

Assist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presenting and demonstrating Sage Intacct to clients and prospects

Assist in pre-implementation activities including business requirements planning (BRP)

Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and quarterly releases

Assist in managing the Support Desk when required to ensure that clients receive accurate and timely responses to their support requests

Assist in project documentation

Train end users on the Sage Intacct system

Strong reporting and dashboard development skills

Set up and configure third party integrations

Assist with data conversion

Any other reasonable consulting duties that may be requested or required

Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
