Responsibilities

Serves as Business Analyst for client Sage Intacct implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Sage Intacct solution.

Organizes and directs the efforts of other REDW consultants to achieve desired project outcomes and meet or exceed client expectations.

Identifies and documents implementation process improvements and provides guidance and leadership to other REDW consultants.

Liaises effectively with 3rd party contributors including vendor partners and subcontractors.

Provides professional and friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Sage Intacct (ERP).

Develops and execute a challenging and strategic self-education and professional development plan.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to project accounting, financial management including multi-company consolidations, quote to cash, procure to pay, fund accounting, and FASB/GASB financial reporting highly desired.

Have a strong working knowledge of ERP business applications.

Have professional exposure in business workflow.

Have experience with software implementations.

Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities.

Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.

Experience providing pre-sales support including product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.

Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.

Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.

Communicates well one-on-one, in small groups and public speaking.

Keeps people informed.

Writes clear, precise, well-organized documents using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and word usage.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent strongly preferred.
