Responsibilities
Hold yourself accountable to ensure a minimum of 6 hours of talk time is done with qualified prospects despite inbound lead flow
Find and build relationships with potential clients and enroll prospects into the company
Meet or exceed sales quota of 30+ new clients per month
Nurture relationships and follow up with qualified prospects
Manage pipeline using company CRM
Utilize 1 hour to role-play to gain confidence in the sales process
Ask questions to determine the prospect’s financials, credit history, and business
Dig deep into prospects’ problems and find pain points
Show how BogeGroup’s products can solve the prospect’s problems
Confirm and manage sales appointments on the calendar beginning and end of day
Self-generate appointments when not taking calls

Required
Strong desire to excel as a top producer

Exceptional communication skills
Strong discipline to achieve sales quota per month
Hunger to find qualified prospects if there is an insufficient number of auto booked appointments for the day by using company CRM or referrals
Genuine desire to build relationships with prospects that want to change their lives by providing value and enroll them into the company’s products and services
Ability to demonstrate strong interest in the needs and wants of prospects through asking fact-finding questions during sales appointments
Ability to talk to people interested in different business ventures from all walks of life
Fast-Learner that continuously educates themselves of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes
Leverage CRM to take accurate notes on each person or business
Ability to follow a script with focus on the ability to improve and develop communication skills using company resources to use beyond the script
Have patience with prospects on zoom calls
Be coachable on how to improve your statistics
Strong obsession to personally develop
Disciplined with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to potential clients (i.e. video messages, email…etc)
GED or high school diploma preferred
At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a sales specific role with a training, organizational development or content development focus
