Responsibilities
Outreach to prospective partner programs through cold calls, emails and attending virtual and in-person conferences.
Facilitating the purchasing process with our partner programs, including any necessary agreements and paperwork
Attending weekly staff meetings to discuss objectives and company strategy
Weekly reviews of key sales metrics including number of calls made, number of emails sent, and number of meetings booked, and most importantly, number of students served and amount of revenue generated.
Being a critical point of contact to build and maintain relationships with our clients with the goal of minimizing churn and expanding the company’s annual recurring revenue.

Preferred
3+ Years of Educational Sales Experience
5+ Years of Direct Outbound Sales Experience
Experience with technology including using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Experience expressing ideas in a clear and concise manner
Experience in developing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
The belief that every student can be great and a passion to help change students’ lives
Internal motivation and doesn’t need to be micromanaged day-to-day
An internal drive to succeed
