Responsibilities

Manage multiple accounts and foster strong relationships at all points of customer interfacing
Maintain and further develop returning clientele while ensuring client satisfaction
Regularly engage customers to ensure growing sales and inventory turnover
Liaise with internal teams to quantify client demands and ascertain key performance objectives and goals to aim at and exceed
Utilize technical tools and operational data to adapt and steer sales efforts toward profitable exchange
Present and report on sales campaign progress using performance metrics and data
Manage weekly account status documents for review (Both Sales & Marketing Aspect)
Coordinate with Accounting department to facilitate billing and invoicing
Optimize customer account activity for effective follow-up on resolving open issues
Learn and observe established sales processes and protocol for executing sales operations and campaign management
Offer feedback on adjusting sales processes when necessary
Work toward ensuring seamless customer service, strong operational execution, and calculated efforts
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required

5+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
A dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of business
Demonstrably strong written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate with both external and internal teams
Skill with building rapport and trust in relationships, backed by establishing clear expectations and concrete follow-through
Organized and analytical approach to working in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making skills
Business acumen and collaborative spirit when handling complex client relationships
Experience in project management and execution
Effective prioritization and ability to balance numerous tasks
Mindset toward continual refining and expanding of business with assigned accounts
Familiarity with contract negotiations
Self-motivated and independent worker
