Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of potential clients matching our ideal client profile using a variety of sources such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Nurture those clients to bring in open job requisitions for the Talent Acquisition team to recruit
Guide prospective clients through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale, including presenting the services, overcoming objections, securing an exclusive relationship, negotiating terms, and closing the sale
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sales escalation issues as needed
Sharing information with the company about market trends and competitor activity

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle
Proven track record of success in sales in a commission-only environment
Strong prospecting and closing skills
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
inside sales: 3 years
Lead generation: 3 years
