Responsibilities
Strategic decisions of the department and the company
Critical analysis of information for decision-making
Internal and external technical and management meetings
Bringing in new leads, maintaining and interacting with existing customers and converting them into new contracts that are profitable and aligned with Hamam's objectives
Ensuring good relationships with customers before and after the sale
Providing feedback to the appropriate departments upon completion of each project

Required
Understand the products and services offered by Hamam (Furnite and Furnishings, FF&E, OS&E Supply and installation, Procurement and Purchasing Service)
Experience in residential, hotel and commercial projects
Understand the company's purpose, aligned with profitability expectations
