Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs focused on improving sales performance, ensuring they meet the needs of mid-market, enterprise sales teams, product specialists, and the BD team.
Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to identify areas where training can enhance performance and address challenges faced by sales representatives.
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create compelling training materials, including videos, case studies, and digital resources.
Review Gong calls and other sales interactions to pinpoint areas for improvement in demos and overall sales techniques.
Organize and lead 1:1 coaching sessions to assess strengths and areas for improvement, offering actionable feedback to enhance productivity.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, including tracking improvements in sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
Work closely with PMM and SMEs to align training materials with product features and market needs, ensuring content is relevant and impactful.

Required
Demonstrated experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, with a track record of improving sales performance and developing effective training programs.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging and motivating sales teams.
A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
