Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, tools, and processes to enhance the performance of the sales team.
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to ensure sales representatives are equipped with essential skills and knowledge.
Create and execute onboarding training for new sales team members to ensure they have a strong foundation and understanding of our products and sales processes.
Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps within the sales team to tailor programs accordingly.
Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and facilitate practical application of skills in real-world settings.
Keep current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and resources provided to the sales team.

Required

Extensive experience (4+ years) in field selling, sales enablement, or related roles within the cybersecurity industry.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Proven experience in sales and/or sales training, with a track record of success in enabling sales teams.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable speaking to groups of various sizes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Experience in creating engaging training content using various formats and technologies.
Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
A passion for learning and a commitment to the continuous development of yourself and others.
