Responsibilities
Lead Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to grow revenue and market share for AI, digital transformation, and cloud services.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target industries, focusing on how AI, digital transformation, and cloud solutions can drive business growth.
Solution Selling : Identify customer needs and align our AI, digital transformation, and cloud offerings with their strategic objectives, delivering customized presentations and product demos.
Business Development : Identify new opportunities within key industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, etc.) to expand market reach and penetrate untapped segments.
Pipeline Management : Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent pipeline growth through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
Market Expertise : Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud, and digital transformation to educate clients and provide strategic insights that can elevate their businesses.
Collaboration : Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and provide feedback to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
Contract Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations, closing deals that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
Performance Metrics : Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, providing regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Required
Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on AI, digital transformation, or cloud solutions.
Experience managing long sales cycles and closing large, complex deals.
Strong understanding of the AI, cloud, and digital landscape, with the ability to clearly articulate business value to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of key AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and digital transformation strategies.
Ability to navigate large organizations, understand their technology ecosystem, and present tailored solutions.
Experience in selling to industries like finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
