Required
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, contacts within South San Francisco and Bay Area would be ideal.
Strong understanding of healthcare markets, payer systems, and patient access strategies.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
