Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn).
Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct tailored product demos to showcase HappyLoop’s value to prospective clients.
Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets by growing and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Partner with leadership to execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting SaaS decision-makers.
Develop and refine personalized sales collateral and outreach messages to increase engagement.
Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform marketing and product strategies.
Help increase brand visibility through active representation on social and professional platforms.

Required
Proven expertise in Sales Prospecting, Account Management, and Contract Negotiation.
Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle, with 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
Consistently exceeds sales targets and thrives in high-commission environments.
Solid understanding of SaaS industry trends and AI-powered product benefits.
Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying and acting on market opportunities.
Experience with CRM software to manage pipelines and track progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
