Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for Sales and GTM roles, with a primary focus on Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) and Mid-Market Account Executives (MMAEs)
Own full-cycle recruitment for additional roles, including Customer Success Managers (CSMs), RevOps, SDR’s and Marketing positions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop strategies, and execute plans to attract top-tier talent
Source and engage passive candidates through creative methods, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive and streamlined candidate experience
Provide strategic input to improve hiring processes, including interview planning, assessment frameworks, and feedback collection
Close candidates effectively by understanding their motivations and aligning them with Eve’s mission and value proposition

Required

Minimum of 5+ years in recruiting, with a focus on Sales and GTM roles
Proven track record of hiring high-performing SAEs, MMAEs, CSMs, and Marketing professionals
Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and managing end-to-end recruiting processes
Strong relationship-building abilities with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities
Proficiency with ATS platforms, with Lever strongly preferred, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics to assess and improve hiring strategies

A proven ability to recruit for Sales roles at the Strategic and Mid-Market levels in competitive industries
A natural talent for storytelling and selling a company’s mission and culture to candidates
An adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to pivot quickly and tackle challenges head-on
