Responsibilities
Lead bid process through collaboration with sales personnel, division direction, Estimating, Engineering, and other internal departments.
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of ongoing market analysis of project opportunities.
Engage potential client and technical representation through discussions related to response qualifications in efforts to influence bid qualifications for highest levels of quality and strongest history of performance by contractors.
Review and approve responses to market solicitations.
Actively participate in the development and improvement of organizational Sales strategy, methods, and tools.
Analyze performance data developing sales strategies for market changes.
Analyze statistical data reports representative of sales efforts to ensure efficiency of sales activities.
Develop and build relationships with existing and new clients.
Ongoing scanning of market to forecast client and competition activity as a means of maintaining Landmark’s position in the Elevated Water Storage market.
Ensure individual sales activities are in alignment with Business Development and CET divisional goals and strategy.
Develop junior sales staff to enhance succession and sales strengths.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a sales role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role for an engineering and construction organization.
Knowledge of technical aspects of engineering and construction as they relate to sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
