Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement automations, workflows, validation rules, and other configurations to meet business requirements, ensuring completeness with thorough QA and stakeholder feedback.

Set up and maintain integrations with third-party applications and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between platforms.

Ensure data integrity and hygiene, perform data audits, and manage data imports, updates, and backups— and work to build a reliable GTM data source of truth in Salesforce.

Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools to within our GTM tech stack.

Conduct regular Salesforce maintenance, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and process optimization for enhanced functionality and user experience.

Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for Salesforce and GTM tool issues, and take user feedback to inform future optimization initiatives.

Required

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification strongly preferred), with a deep understanding of SFDC architecture and best practices.

Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing GTM tools like Outreach, LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and more (no tech stack is the same!)

Expert in Salesforce automation (Flows) and SOQL, and experience with Apex preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally with GTM stakeholders and Operations teammates.

Preferred

Have experience working with Marketing Automation and/or Customer Engagement Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Customer.io, Inflection, Iterable)

Experience with CPQ or custom quoting and contracting solutions.

Experience with rETL (to Salesforce)
