Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Solution Design : Develop detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and workflows for Salesforce platform enhancements.
• System Analysis : Evaluate current Salesforce implementation, identify areas for improvement, and recommend best practices.
• Project Management : Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Data Management : Oversee data migrations, integrations, and maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans, ensuring system changes meet business requirements.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency with Salesforce tools.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related functionalities.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs), data modeling, and relational databases.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge of other CRM systems or cloud-based applications.
