Responsibilities
Salesforce Customization & Development: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to meet business requirements. Build and optimize complex data models and flows in Salesforce.
Integrations: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with department leads, product managers, Cx, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across different platforms.
Automation & Optimization: Develop automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex triggers. Identify areas for improvement in the existing Salesforce environment, pitch your ideas, and bring them to life.
Testing & Deployment: Participate in code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and security. Deploy solutions using Salesforce change sets or third-party tools.
Documentation & Training: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions and workflows. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and users.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong project management skills and the ability to accurately scope and estimate time required while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
Salesforce Platform Developer II (required).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred
Einstein GPT for Sales is a plus.
Other certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Architect, are a plus.
Masters Degree is a Plus.
