Responsibilities

Modernize the capabilities offered by National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB) using the Salesforce Platform

Authenticate internal FMCSA users using DOT MyAccess solution, and users external to FMCSA using Login.gov

Integrate with the data platform to store and/or retrieve information relevant to the complaint

Support legacy data and business process to migrate into Salesforce platform

Utilize MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to design, develop and orchestrate APIs, and implement the new data exchange platform for FMCSA

Develop detailed technical integration architecture and design specifications

Work with stakeholders to create and influence proper standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle
