Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Build and customize Salesforce Lightning components to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Optimize and customize Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoice processes to align with Wasabi’s hyper-growth.

Drive innovation by implementing best practices and exploring new tools and methodologies.

Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across Salesforce systems.

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members.

Required

Passion for building innovative solutions that directly impact business outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoicing processes within a SaaS environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly preferred.
