Responsibilities

User Experience Evaluation: Assess the types of experiences users will have with the software, focusing on usability and accessibility.
Integration Testing: Verify that the software integrates smoothly with other applications and is compatible with several devices.
Create Test Cases: Develop comprehensive test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and issues within the software.
Defect Identification: Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring. Experience creating detailed technical documentation of findings.
Collaboration: Work with the development team to resolve identified issues and provide constructive feedback to enhance software quality.
Documentation: Document and report defects, issues, and test results in a structured manner to facilitate tracking and communication.
Quality Standards Assurance: Ensure that all software applications meet our established quality standards before release.

Required

7+ experience as a QA Manual Tester, specifically in Salesforce applications.
Experience with software testing methodologies, including test execution.
Create detailed test cases and maintain documentation of testing processes.
Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Knowledge of user experience principles and integration testing best practices.
