Responsibilities
Oversee all functions, personnel, and contract deliverables of OMEGA Services
Manage enterprise Salesforce delivery solutions
Lead a team of 50 or more members on large IT enterprise projects
Ensure successful project completion and delivery within budget and timeline constraints

Required
Managing enterprise Salesforce experience, including large multi-org environments with hundreds to thousands of users
Experience in U.S. federal program management with a background in public health projects preferred
Certified Administrator for Salesforce
Must be a U.S. Citizen
20 years of experience with at least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing large IT enterprise projects with 50 team members or more
Master's degree in a related field
Experience in enterprise Salesforce platform delivery solutions (U.S. public sector preferred)
