Responsibilities
Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required data from a multi-database environment.
Apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems.
Support CRM solutions in the Healthcare industry.
Test AI solutions and conversational interfaces.
Conduct API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing.
Utilize BDD/Selenium and other automation tools.
Work with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders.
Retrieve data through API testing.
Utilize strong writing and oral communication skills.

Required
Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required).
The Senior Salesforce QA Engineer will apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems
Looking for a Senior person with technical background with technical degree
Background with Healthcare Payor experience is preferred as they will be supporting one of the product (CRM Solutions)
Moving to Conversational AI and provide AI solutions, and will be Testing the action with the agent chat box
Salesforce experience is MUST and Any other cloud technology is preferable (AWS, Azure will be a Plus)
Strong SQL experience is MUST
Experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing would be a plus.
Experience with JIRA
Should have good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong Background in API testing as they will be retrieving the data
Strong writing and oral communications skill as they will be working closely with the business.
Preferred
Experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools Preferable
Good to have Relational database experience
Healthcare background is preferred.
