Responsibilities
Reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager while establishing positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs.
Supports the Talent Acquisition Manager with the development of job descriptions ensuring consistent practices.
Responsible for executing hiring plans and partnering with Hiring Managers/Business Leaders and HR staff to efficiently fill vacancies with internal and external talent, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment.
Creates and manages talent pipelines specific to industry/agency/function to acquire the best talent.
Maximizes relationships with retained and contingent candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Provide expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring.
Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, social networks, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates.
Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system.

Required
5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in IT industry including Salesforce roles.
Ability to adjust and respond to changing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines.
Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems.
Experience using an applicant tracking system.
