Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions as an active part of the delivery team

Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform

Lead technical aspects within projects, estimate complexity, complete code reviews, and provide guidance and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features

Ensure data consistency and integrity across various systems and integrations

Develop and maintain APIs and integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems

Ensure security standards, compliance regulations, and governance policies are being met

Implement and enforce best practices in Salesforce security and data governance

Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment

Optimize performance and scalability of existing solutions

Mentor junior resources to ensure they are delivering scalable technical solutions that meet our standards

Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features

Required

Extensive Salesforce experience and certifications required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, etc.)

Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Experience with data integration tools and techniques

Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
