Responsibilities

10+ years of combined business and configuration experience in SAP FI & CO Modules
Strong knowledge in CO in the areas to Overhead accounting, Co-products and By-production & Transfer Pricing
In-depth understanding BOM & Routings and integration with CO module
Knowledge on CO month-end processes
Strong technical and hands-on experience implementing Finance & Controlling module including knowledge make to stock & make to order scenario
Expert knowledge on P2P & R2R End to End business process and SAP knowledge
Experience in writing complex functional specification and Configuration document
Familiar with all integration touch points in FI with CO, MM, WM, PP & SD
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
Ability to work under pressure and multitask within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Communicate clearly with team members, Business Analyst, Customers, and management
Work with Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure, and Development teams to ensure business requirements are properly configured within SAP
Knowledge of Agile methodology is an added advantage
Experience Manufacturing or business experience with a solid understanding of business operations/processes

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, specifically in the insurance industry
Experience working with Guidewire applications, such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, workflows, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience managing remote teams and working in a remote environment
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
7+ years of substantial experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and preferable with one or more secondary support for other SAP modules such as QM, MM, WM, or SD with at least 3 full-life cycle implementations
Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules like quality management, warehouse management and financial accounting and controlling
Experience with implementing re-manufacturing solutions, material requirements planning, bill of materials, bill of process and engineering change management, PLM systems with SAP, EDI mapping, and automotive kitting related to manufacturing
Extensive experience in co-products and by-products
Extensive experience in bill of material alternatives and available to promise functionality
Integration knowledge using IDOCs, RFC, Webservices, CPI integration, and EDI from non SAP systems to SAP
Processes improvement for remanufacturing and warehousing - document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to new processes as needed
Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology, SOX controls
Leverage SAP industry standards and best practice for remanufacturing
Serve as a key liaison between manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team to provide systems analysis and support
5+ years Strong understanding of various SAP Production planning, Warehouse or Materials Management modules and business processes
Knowledge of SAP standard processes
Ability to translate business solutions into systems programs
Knowledge of industry practices for co-products and by-products
Possess knowledge of software testing procedures
Knowledge of SAP system integrations

Preferred

Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred
Knowledge on Agile methodology is added advantage
