Evaluate and integrate protein-protein interaction technologies (e.g., SPR, BLI, ELISA, etc.) to support therapeutic candidate selection.
Implement high-throughput epitope binning for monoclonal antibodies and develop deep knowledge of antibody sequence/function relationships.
Perform antibody Fc characterization studies to support regulatory submissions.
Identify and resolve technical challenges independently and conceive and implement innovative research approaches.
Exhibit scientific initiative and creativity in biologics characterization and screening to support BGM and TA projects, such as multi-specifics.
Analyze, document, and report data concisely, formulate conclusions, and design follow-on experiments based on multidisciplinary data.
Provide direct mentorship and guidance to junior scientists and team members, fostering their scientific development and growth.
Provide project updates, analyses, and advice to cross-functional teams and senior management.
