Responsibilities
Facilitate the adoption of Agile principles and practices, serving as a champion for the Scrum framework and Agile mindset across the organization.
Act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching cross-functional Agile teams in the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, encouraging open communication, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.
Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable user stories, ensuring clear understanding and acceptance criteria.
Remove any impediments or blockers that may affect the team's progress, leveraging your influence and organizational skills to enable efficient and effective delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and backlog refinement.
Coach team members on Agile best practices, providing guidance on Agile techniques, estimation, and velocity, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Promote and support the adoption of relevant Agile engineering practices, such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and automated testing.
Track and communicate project progress, ensuring the timely delivery of committed features and addressing any deviations or risks proactively.
Drive a culture of transparency and trust, promoting effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices across the organization.
Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate action plans.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant practices and frameworks into the team's workflow.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering Agile projects.
Agile Scrum certification (such as Certified ScrumMaster or similar) is required.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in different contexts.
Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Solid understanding of user story creation, backlog refinement, and acceptance criteria definition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong servant leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on empowering teams and fostering a culture of self-organization.
Ability to identify and resolve impediments or conflicts that may arise during the Agile development process.
Familiarity with Agile engineering practices, such as TDD, CI, and automated testing, and their role in supporting iterative development.
Experience in tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and tools.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through complexity.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share knowledge and improve practices.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
