Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable systems architecture.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
Implement and manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Ensure adherence to security best practices across all systems.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in systems architecture and DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, security, and scalability.
Document system designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required
Extensive experience with Docker for containerization.
Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Expert in using Git for version control.
Experience with various Database Management Systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with messaging services such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
Proficiency in logging services and tools like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Grafana Loki.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and building scalable applications.
Knowledge in hardware acceleration technologies such as CUDA, ROC m, and similar frameworks for enhancing computational performance.
Strong knowledge of designing, developing, and managing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
In-depth knowledge of security best practices and implementations.
7+ years of experience in systems architecture and related fields.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust systems.
Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Advanced (B2) English skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and TFX.
Experience with deploying AI applications using frameworks like CUDA, ROC m, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Proficient in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Circles.
Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Plume.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including SDN and VPN configurations.
Familiar with technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and Hadoop.
Knowledge of serverless computing and frameworks such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
Techniques for optimizing system performance, including load balancing with NGINX or HAP Roxy, and caching with Redis or Memcached.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure).
