Responsibilities
Participating in client-facing, strategic planning for new business in the context of meeting the client’s business objectives.
Developing strategies to garner insightful learnings for growth and development of different platforms.
Working alongside Sales, agencies and client teams to define scope, recommend measurable plans, and budget accordingly.
Translating client goals and brand campaign initiatives, demonstrating measurable value through strategy and ongoing campaign measurement process.
Staying current with trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards the client base proactively identifying opportunities for client growth.
Leading client relationships as the key point of contact for search tactics.
Working alongside our Social Media Marketing and Commerce teams to provide wholistic strategies for clients working across multiple Adglow teams.
Jumping in wherever necessary, often spur of the moment, to do whatever it takes to satisfy our clients.

Required
At least a few years of agency experience
Real-world experience managing multiple clients across paid search tactics
Strategy, execution, optimization and reporting for search clients
Onboarding new team members to assume responsibilities of daily client management
Participating in client-facing, strategic planning for new business in the context of meeting the client’s business objectives
Developing strategies to garner insightful learnings for growth and development of different platforms
Working alongside Sales, agencies and client teams to define scope, recommend measurable plans, and budget accordingly

Preferred
BA/BS in Marketing or related area
3+ years of paid search tactics, with an emphasis on data-driven campaign strategies and multiple campaign objectives
Capacity to think holistically about a client's business
Comfortable in client-facing situations and presenting a plan alongside Sales
Proven experience managing integrated advertising campaigns across multiple devices and media channels with methods demonstrating impact on the brand’s business
Experience executing and analyzing A/B tests. Comfortable in a rapid test and learn environment
Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, G-Suite
Strong technical skills around website analytics tools, URLs, HTML, Shopify
Experience managing additional paid channels, including Facebook, Amazon, Programmatic, etc.
Self-motivated, curious and resourceful
Ability to work in a collaborative, proactive, globally dispersed team setting
