Responsibilities

Oversee and execute the SEO content roadmap, writing and optimizing compelling website content, product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, whitepapers, landing pages, and other relevant marketing content to inspire and engage our community of Amazon and Walmart sellers.

Independently review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and compliance with company and industry best practices (including Amazon and Walmart seller guidelines).

Perform in-depth competitive analysis to identify content opportunities for Helium 10, based on insights gained from market research.

Learn and maintain active knowledge of Helium 10 customer personas, product offering and best practices for selling on Amazon and Walmart.

Continuously monitor SEO and marketing trends, SaaS industry developments, and competitors' strategies to ensure our content remains relevant and optimized.

Leverage SEO and digital research tools to uncover search trends, such as commonly used keywords and phrases for specific online topics, for integration into written content.

Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of on-page SEO elements, such as metadata, schema markup, and structured data, to enhance search engine visibility.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to help develop and execute content calendars and work with the creative team to develop graphic and video assets.

Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as website visits, traffic sources, organic vs paid traffic, keyword rankings, SERP visibility, click-through rates, and bounce rates, using traffic analytics tools. Adjust content strategies as needed to enhance search rankings and drive better results.

Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing content’s effectiveness in driving search visibility, user engagement, and conversions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a copywriter, ideally with in-house experience at a B2B SaaS company and in crafting content to support Amazon and Walmart sellers in starting, growing, and scaling their businesses.

Experience leveraging SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization strategies.

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to independently handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency with tools including WordPress, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, SEMRush and Google Analytics.
