Responsibilities
Ensure that we can attain our client expectations goals of “underpromise and overdeliver” while still maintaining an aggressive pipeline of new clients
Make sure that our new client onboarding process and ongoing campaign fulfillment is seamless and that we always deliver our work on time and with high quality
Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that align with client objectives.
Take the lead on optimizing website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements.
Develop effective backlink strategies to improve search rankings.
Implement local SEO strategies to improve local search visibility.
Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition optimization, focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROAS/ROI for all our clients
Create and run landing page optimization tests to increase conversion volume and quality of leads generated for our clients
Set up and configure live cross-channel campaign dashboards for clients and compile monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations
Support Customer Success Managers as needed during weekly/monthly client calls and ad hoc technical assistance
Remain on top of the search industry and up to date with new betas, feature releases and overall changes to the SEM & SEO landscape.
Collaborate closely with our team of PPC, SEO & Tracking Specialists and foster superb collaboration with our Client Services & Sales team

Required
Proven experience as SEO specialist (preferably U.S based clientele/market)
3+ years of experience and a proven track record managing successful SEO programs, preferably in an agency setting
Understand current SEO best practices, search engine ranking factors, intermediate marketing principles, and a strong grasp on how to help clients meet business goals
Proficient using pertinent SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor Searchlight, etc
Proficient with data analysis in Google Analytics and reporting software
Have a good understanding of SEO and the strong synergies between organic and paid search
Highly organized, motivated and a self-starter with a strong ownership of work, reliable and able to handle multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience working with Healthcare industry is a plus
Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar
