Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized SEO strategies for B2B clients across local, national, and international markets, driving growth in search visibility, organic traffic, and conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization.
Assist in the sales process, providing preliminary SEO audits and participating in prospect meetings to present SEO strategies and recommendations.
Partner with account/project managers to support client onboarding and set clear SEO objectives and expectations.
Provide hands-on technical SEO guidance for website projects, including site structure, on-page optimizations, mobile optimization, and page speed improvements.
Oversee SEO audits, reporting, and recommendations to ensure adherence to best practices, identifying ongoing optimization opportunities for clients.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to align SEO with broader marketing strategies and support lead generation and conversion optimization.
Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies for continuous improvement.
Provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients, serving as their trusted advisor on SEO best practices.
Work on a team with other SEO and digital marketing individuals, or act as the primary SEO resource, on an account-by-account basis.
Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry advancements to maintain cutting-edge strategies for clients.

Required
8-10 years of SEO experience, preferably in a B2B setting, with a strong understanding of the technical and industrial sectors.
3+ years of relevant experience within a digital marketing agency.
Demonstrated success in implementing local, regional/national, and international SEO strategies.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools, including Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and strong technical SEO expertise.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that align with client business objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
