Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of EPIC Payer Platform projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
Manage cross-functional teams to implement solutions tailored to the unique needs of payer organizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, with a focus on payer-provider distinctions.
Oversee platform optimization, ensuring it meets operational and compliance requirements for payer systems.
Provide expertise in identifying and addressing challenges in payer workflows.
Ensure successful adoption and integration of EPIC solutions within the client’s ecosystem.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and report progress to key stakeholders.

Required
Extensive experience working with the EPIC Payer Platform or similar healthcare payer systems.
Strong understanding of payer and provider platform differences.
Proven track record in project delivery management within the healthcare industry.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
