Responsibilities

Oversee the ServiceNow implementation project plan and execution as well as roadmap development

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements

Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, reports, forms, and scripts

Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues

Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning

Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches

Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations

Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices

Collaborate with IT teammates to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications

Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features
