Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect

Work with Government/Federal clients/projects to implement, build out or modernize and improve the ServiceNow platform

Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly within ITSM, ITOM and other modules

Assist in gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders while focusing mainly on hands-on technical work

Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform

Be hands-on technically working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
