Maximize the capability of the ServiceNow platform across various parts of the company.
Manage QA and testing processes effectively.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Utilize Agile methodology and manage multiple projects.
Ensure build and release management in line with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Apply deep knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB principles.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proven experience in financial services or insurance sectors.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience managing multiple projects.
Architect-level experience is highly desirable.
Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage QA and testing processes effectively.
Experience with build and release management in line with industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Preferred
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Experience with CSM, HRSD, SECOPS, Hardware Asset management, Software Asset Management, App engine studio.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and other advanced features.
