Responsibilities

Design, implement changes, and support Enova’s ServiceNow environment
Work in a team environment, deploying and supporting corporate applications
Work with private cloud in a fast paced environment
Provide tier 2 support to Operations in a 24x7 on call environment

Required

5+ years of expertise with design and development in ServiceNow
Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub
Design and deployment of large-scale systems and services
Working knowledge of Network, DNS, and DHCP

Preferred

Exposure to Okta, Infoblox, Veeam, Commvault, or Microsoft SCCM
Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience
Amazon Web Services or other cloud providers
Exposure to Microsoft enterprise solutions including LDAP/ Active Directory, DFS, and Group Policy
